Malcolm Stephens, the Founder and Managing Partner of Transpower Synergies LLP is an Engineer and Post Graduate in Marketing Management by learning, is a Certified International Business, Performance, Leadership, Life Coach. and Master Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner from the Richard Bandler Institute USA.
Since 1993, having been an integral part of many growth and success stories of organizations from diverse industries, he brings with him a rich domain expertise in the fields of organization strategy, business transformation, leadership development, service management & customer centricity, team building, training & development, education, coaching, mentoring and personal transformation.
Having successfully coached, trained and mentored more than seventy-five thousand people he has been instrumental in shaping the destinies of many successful industry leaders and executives.
Is also attached with leading Management Institutions, Colleges, and Schools and contributes in various business publications. Apart from being a motivational speaker, he is also a keynote and guest speaker for various organizational events across the country.
Bindu Stephens

Bindu Stephens, the Managing Partner of Transpower Synergies LLP is a post graduate in Human Resource & Personal Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She started her working career with Blue Dart; then the Indian arm of Federal Express and then subsequently worked with the French bank, Banque Nationale de Paris.
As founding Director of Trident Training Systems, she implemented HR projects in various organizations including Thomas Cook, Cox & Kings, Ceat Tyres. Lakme, German Remedies, Shoppers Stop, Tata Steel, Leela Ventures, Prakash Retail, Chemical Process Equipments.
She along with Malcolm Stephens founded and ran a successful preschool chain for seventeen years as the CEO and was responsible for setting the processes for operational excellence without compromising on the nurturing of people to achieve organizational supremacy.
She brings to the table competence in the areas of organisation culture, organizational development, performance management, organizational policies, recruitment, talent management, learning & development and the use of organizational interventions.
Vishal Mark Stephens

Vishal Mark Stephens is an engineer and an MBA post graduate with a specialization in Marketing and Operations from the Institute of Management, Nirma University. He has worked with clients across automotive, banking, and consulting sectors bringing a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and execution excellence.
He has worked with Mahindra & Mahindra Automotive as a Marketing Manager, where he played a key role in the Adventure Division, leading several innovative customer engagement initiatives and adventure-based brand campaigns. He also had a stint in the financial sector at Kotak Mahindra Bank, as Manager for Fintech Products, driving adoption and customer engagement through technology-led solutions.
Currently, at Transpower Synergies, he leads Strategic Marketing and Customer Journey Management (CJM) initiatives. He is passionate about creating customer-centric marketing strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
